Student Organizations
Building community in order to serve the community is important to our school culture. With over 30 student-led clubs, BDCHS students not only take ownership of their learning, but also focus their efforts on collaborating with their peers in interest clubs and honors societies to give back to their school community. We encourage all students to join a student organization to meet friends with similar interests, problem solve, and work as a team. Time for student organizations to meet during the school day is built into the calendar several days a month. Clubs also meet before and after school and are sponsored by a BDCHS faculty or staff member, with the support of parent/guardian and community volunteers.
